The PCB has blind holes and through holes separately without copper plating. Set the aperture and hole spacing rules, turn on the DRC, and place the blind holes will report an error, and place the through holes will not report an error. After running DRC, there is no error message for blind holes in the messages, and the blind holes that were reported wrong have become normal. However, if you move a little or add blind holes, you will still get an error. Do you guys know what this is?

There is no error message for blind holes, but it turns green, there is no error message after running DRC.

Then this should not be an error, it's just that the DRC has not been updated.
