It’s not difficult to analyze, just can’t figure out its specific application...it feels like a half bridge

The high level of VP11 means that the upper two tubes are turned on, and the upper two tubes are cut off at low level, and the P3 connection accelerates the cut-off of the upper two tubes.
PWM11 controls the following two tubes, the principle is the same as above.
